Big Finish is a Gold Coast consultancy with a global client record. Our primary focus is Australia and New Zealand. We have also worked with manufacturing businesses across the UK, Europe, USA, South America, Norway, and Asia Pacific.
How We Work Globally
Systems work is
remote-capable.
The nature of what we do lends itself to remote delivery. Jira configuration, Confluence architecture, ERP integration design, identity management, and systems documentation do not require physical presence.
Where on-site presence matters, we know it and we plan for it. Go-live support, workshop facilitation with operations teams, and critical infrastructure cutover are the moments when being in the room makes a difference. For Australia and New Zealand clients, we are there when that applies.
For international clients, the majority of what we do is structured for asynchronous delivery with scheduled working sessions. We have delivered complex multi-system implementations for businesses twelve time zones away.

Australia
Primary market. On-site available nationwide.
We are based on the Gold Coast and work with manufacturers across Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Western Australia, and South Australia. On-site engagements are available across all Australian states. Most systems work is remote-capable, but for high-stakes implementations and go-live support, we are there in person when that is the right call.
New Zealand
Primary market. On-site available.
New Zealand is our second primary market. We have worked with manufacturing businesses across the North and South Islands and understand the market well. On-site engagements are available for New Zealand clients. The trans-Tasman relationship means we are not a distant international partner.
United Kingdom and Europe
Remote engagements. UK, Norway, Germany, Netherlands.
We have delivered engagements for UK and European manufacturing businesses operating remotely. The time zone gap requires planning but has never prevented delivery. Where clients have needed on-site presence for critical phases, we have accommodated that.
United States and South America
Remote engagements.
We have worked with North American and South American manufacturing businesses, predominantly on Atlassian and QMS implementations. Remote delivery is standard for these engagements. The depth of systems work we do translates across geographies.
Asia Pacific
Remote engagements. Singapore, Hong Kong, China.
International manufacturing businesses with operations in the Asia Pacific region, including those with Australian and New Zealand subsidiaries, have engaged us for systems implementations that span multiple jurisdictions.
Norway and Scandinavia
Remote engagements.
We have specific experience with Norwegian manufacturing businesses, particularly in industrial and engineering sectors. We understand the rigour that Scandinavian engineering businesses bring to their quality and operational systems requirements.
