Big Finish is a two-person boutique consultancy based on the Gold Coast, Queensland. Tim and Victoria Rowe are the founders, and the people every client works with directly. No account managers. No juniors. No handoffs.

Victoria connects business requirements with technical solutions across the entire operational stack. She has a gift for finding the clear path through complexity: understanding what a business actually needs, designing the system that delivers it, and seeing it through to the point where it works.
Her speciality is end-to-end implementation: from requirements gathering through architecture, execution and training. She has done this across aerospace, advanced manufacturing, food technology, rail and hardware scale-ups. The businesses are different. The discipline is the same.
Victoria works across all stakeholders and all levels. She is equally at home in a boardroom conversation about technology strategy and a hands-on session with the team who will live in the system every day. That breadth is not common in this field, and it is what makes the difference between a system that gets implemented and a system that actually gets used.
She brings the same rigour to every engagement: understand the problem properly before touching a tool. Then build it right.

Tim brings deep experience across heavy manufacturing systems, ERP, PDM, MRP and enterprise architecture. He thinks at the level of the whole operational system. Not the individual tools inside it. Not the features on a vendor's brochure. The system as it actually needs to function across a real manufacturing business.
His background spans IT management, business systems and strategic integrations at serious scale. He has worked across aerospace, advanced manufacturing, rail and food technology, and with businesses ranging from fast-growing scale-ups to global operations. He knows where the debt accumulates, how it happens, and how to stop it before it starts.
Tim designs solutions that align with business objectives and work on the shop floor. That last part matters more than it sounds. A system that works in a boardroom presentation but not in daily operations is not a solution. It is a problem waiting to become expensive.
He is building a deliberate long-term practice in aerospace quality systems: ISO 9001 and AS9100D implemented on Atlassian Jira and Confluence for engineering businesses where precision and auditability are not optional.

We do not sell products. We select the right tools for your budget and requirements, then build and integrate the whole thing. Our only interest is in what works for your business.

We sit across the entire operational systems landscape. From the moment a sale is captured through engineering, manufacturing, installation and after-sales service. No gaps. No handoffs to someone who does not know your business.

There are no juniors at Big Finish. When you engage us, Tim and Victoria work the engagement. That is not a selling point. That is how it has to be when you are accountable for something this important.
Plain spoken, peer to peer
We have worked at every level of a manufacturing business. We speak the language of the CEO, the COO, the ops director, and the engineer on the shop floor. We tell you what we think, not what you want to hear.
Where We Work
Based Gold Coast.
Available anywhere.
Our primary focus is Australia and New Zealand. These are the markets we are actively building in, and where we do most of our on-site work.
We have also worked with clients in the UK, Europe, USA, South America, Norway and China. Being based on the Gold Coast does not mean being limited to the Gold Coast. The majority of our work is remote-capable by nature. Systems work does not require you to be in the same room.
For businesses across Australia and New Zealand we are available on-site when that is the right call. For businesses further afield, we work remotely without compromising on quality or engagement.
